KITCHENS

The kitchens, which are designed and specified by us, combine subtle colours with a strong horizontal form. Many different kitchen schemes are available. The worktops are available in a new square-line counter top with unique built in drip-stop feature. The hob, extractor hood and oven are manufactured by DEFY and are SABS approved or otherwise specified and comes in black or Alu-Tec, an aluminium finish. Alu-Tec retains its stunning appearance being scratch resistant, easy to clean and resistant to fingerprints.

BATHROOMS

We carefully design our bathrooms using white sanitary ware from different ranges. CERAMICA, where quality and design is of paramount importance being our supplier on most developments.(www.ceramica.co.za). Hot water is supplied by a pressurised system and the cold water is mains fed, allowing showers (if applicable) to run at good pressure and cold water from all taps is of drinking quality.

BEDROOMS

Our bedrooms are carefully designed to give maximum space and cupboard space have a HIS and HERS section. Many different finishes are available.

LIGHTING

Lighting has been considered carefully with provision for wall lights in living rooms, bedrooms and studies. Dimmer switches are provided where applicable.

FLOOR COVERING

Our kitchen floors has ceramic, porcelain or travertine tiles with CERAMICA being our main supplier. The bathroom has ceramic tiles which extend up the walls. Bedrooms have fitted carpets or laminated flooring.

FINISHING TOUCHES

Built-in wardrobes with hanging rails and shelves are found in bedrooms.The interior finishes contemporary with matt finishes to the walls and woodwork, with elegantly simple joinery designs and steel door fittings.The windows are made by a specialist joinery manufacturer to our design.
